You can cancel for a full refund while pre-orders are open. Once pre-orders close, orders can't be cancelled. Once delivered, you have 14 days to return them for a full refund or store credit. Boots must be unworn, with no damage or signs of wear. Size exchanges depend on stock. Full returns policy.

Once pre-orders close, orders can't be cancelled. Production is under way at that point, so you'll need to wait until your boots arrive. You can then return them within 14 days for a full refund or store credit, as long as they meet the conditions below.
Once your boots arrive, you have 14 days to tell us you'd like to return them, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send them back.
To be eligible for a return, your boots must come back in the same condition you received them:
We inspect every return when it arrives. If boots come back worn, damaged or showing wear, we'll deduct the loss in value from your refund, which can be up to the full price, and we'll send you photos of what we found.
Tell us which you'd like when you start your return. We'll process it within 14 days of receiving your boots (or proof you've sent them).
Each run is made in limited numbers, so exchanges for a different size or buckle fit depend on stock. If your size isn't available, we'll refund you instead.
If your boots arrive damaged or develop a fault, email us with photos as soon as you notice. We'll arrange a free return and offer a repair, replacement or refund.

Handmade production can run late. If your order is going to ship later than the estimate, we'll email you with a new date. Delays don't change the cancellation rules. Once pre-orders close, orders can't be cancelled, but you can still return your boots after they arrive under our Returns policy.
